If you've been wondering what UFC lightweight Jeremy Stephens has been up to since his split decision loss to Anthony Pettis last October, have no fear. The powerful striker keeps a regular video blog series running which he updates at least every couple weeks on his YouTube page.

When Yves Edwards went down with an injury, Stephens stepped up to take on Donald Cerrone on the main card of the upcoming UFC on Fuel TV 3 event which takes place on May 15, 2012, in Fairfax, Virginia.

The "Lil' Heathen" has ramped up his training as of late, formerly of Victory MMA and now also working with Alliance MMA in the San Diego area, his latest video blog reveals his more musical side as well as some training footage working his wrestling with The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) season nine winner Ross Pearson among others.
