Alexander Gustafsson vs Thiago Silva staredown pic from UFC on FUEL TV 2 weigh ins in Sweden

Alexander Gustafsson (L) and Thiago Silva face off in advance on UFC on FUEL TV 2 this Saturday night in Sweden.

The UFC on FUEL TV 2 weigh in event went down earlier today for "Gustafsson vs. Silva," the upcoming network television event booked for this Saturday night (April 14, 2012) live from the Ericsson Globe Arena in Stockholm, Sweden.

If you missed any or all of today's weigh ins, you can watch the full video replay here.

Leading the charge will be Sweden's own Alexander Gustafsson, who will try to inch his way closer to a light heavyweight title shot by disposing of fellow 205-pound thrasher Thiago Silva, who returns from a lengthy steroid suspension to get himself back "in the mix."

And his sunglasses were nowhere to be found!

Also going to war overseas is middleweight Brian Stann, as he takes on Italian boxer Alessio Sakara. Their relatively cordial staredown, as well a a fiery face-off between Reza Madadi and Yoislandy Izquierdo, after the jump.
