Favorite UFC KO
In addition to being half of the first ever married couple to fight on the same card, Spencer Fisher is really good at hurting people with his hands, feet, and knees. What this tiny gif does not show is Wiman getting rocked with a right hand, show boating, getting knee'd in the face, and then Spencer walks away without any follow up punches. This is one of a few things the reinforces my fanboyism of all things Miletich Fighting Systems.

My favorite Pride knockout is actually much easier. While I love soccer kicks and stomps, my favorite technique to watch is the Russian hook. Fedor is well known for this technique, but Igor Vovchanchyn wins my best KO aware when he took out Francis Bueno's face... twice. Ice Cold is one of my favorite fighters of all time, and he doesn't get the respect he deserves. Enjoy this one Maniacs
