Making a molehill out of a mountain

Happy Monday Maniacs. As many of you may have already heard me complaining......I'm on a diet. I started Christmas day and weighed 261 pounds. Im currently at about 230 pounds. I've dramatically changed my eating habits. That has definitely been the biggest factor in my success, thus far. My job is extremely physical, so I'm burning lots of calories. My work gives me a great workout for arms, chest, back, shoulders and legs. Here's my problem. I am tightening up, top to bottom. But i haven't made a dent in my love handles. My waist is smaller but I cant lose the ugly muffin top. So, I thought I would ask you guys for help. Many of you "trane UFC", or are health conscious. I need some suggestions for how to make my obliques reasonable. I'll be 43 next month. 6 pack abs may not be in the cards but I would like to lose the flab. So any suggestions you have would be greatly appreciated. That's right. I made yet another fan post that isn't MMA related. Deal with it.
