In the haste of breaking a big story, everyone was all over the broken elbow/arm story....where at least 3 threads begun with a similar topic. Too bad it isn't true as it is a dislocated elbow.....
In the haste of getting out the story, some of us were smart enough to realize it was a dislocation. That is why she didn't tap. Elbow dislocations don't hurt that much. I've had over 50 left elbow dislocations which happened in many daily activities such as golf, baseball, weight lifting, and miscellaneous activities. It hurts when you try to put it back sometimes. But this isn't about me, it is about the fact that speculation ran rampant and the story was misrepresented. Pretty sad when Yahoo Sports even gets it correct.

DISLOCATION - Look it up.
And some words from Miesha herself......
“(My arm is) a little sore but I came here to put on a fight. I really didn’t like her so I wanted to come here and come out hard,” she said. “I got a little overzealous. She caught the arm. I’ve got to give her respect. I do respect her as an athlete.”
