Fights to Make after UFC 143
Carlos Condit vs Ellenberger vs Sanchez winner- GSP is out till November and Condit will likely want to take a fight in between, but will the UFC want to match him up with Koscheck and risk seeing Kos vs GSP 3, Or match him up the winner of Sanchez vs Ellenberger and get Very Poor PPV buys. I would like to see Kos vs Condit, but will a lot of Others.
Fabricio Werdum vs Frank Mir- In Brazil, This would be an Awesome fight . After Rumors of Mir vs Velasquez are Fewer and Farther Between it seems they might not book that fight. Mir is Closer to a title shot but I think a win over Werdum would get him it.
Josh Koscheck vs Nick Diaz- Diaz will be back, and this is a very interesting fight and the trash talk is worth booking it alone. Also can Diaz stop a top 5 WWs Takedowns.
Ed Herman vs Jason "Mayhem" Miller- Not only do they look alike but they both have similar styles

Dustin Porier vs Erik Koch- This fight was supposed to happen tonight and was a possible #1 Contender fight, so Book it exactly as that

I think Condit waits for the title shot.
No reason for him to have to fight Ellenberger twice in the same title run.
Plus I have a feeling that GSP’s injury is going to heal much faster now.
I think Dana needs to get Diaz level headed and tell him his next fight will be a number 1 contender’s fight against the Sanchez/Ellenberger winner. Can you imagine the hype and shit talk leading up to Sanchez vs Diaz for a number 1 contender fight. HOLY HELL!!!

Werdum vs. Mir is an interesting match up. I would love to see it. I think Cain Velasquez would be another good option for Werdum. Werdum is a difficult fight for anyone. You can’t rely on the takedown. He is deadly as hell from his back.

I want Rory Macdonald vs Nick Diaz
Pull him out of the che mills fight, winner gets Condit whether he wins or loses against GSP. Both have unfinished business with carlos.
Diaz vs Fitch
There aren’t many guys in the division left for Fitch to fight and he’s the perfect litmus test to see if Diaz can handle GSP’s wrestling. If Fitch manhandles Diaz, then we know Diaz was never a threat to GSP. If Diaz beats Fitch, which almost nobody has been able to do, then we know Diaz belongs in the upper tier of the UFC.
