PrintAfter reading Jesse's message to settle down on the GIFS, memes, and otherwise crude misplaced material I decided to start up the Friday Fun thread. Have not seen it in a few weeks. I was waiting for one of the regulars to start it up, but I think they are too busy fighting with each other.
So let's vent everything here today then. I want to see all the funny memes, gifs, and of course all the hot ass and tits that usually follow.

eat big get big! im a slow gainer about half a pound a week.But think about it thats nearly 2 stone in a year.Dont give up mate.And when your training vary your rep ranges.im using the power muscle burn training at the mo and its brill,it attacks all your muscle fibres.

There are so many tricks.
You need to vary everything, keep ur muscles guessing. Start with dif exercises and do dif exercises. Also, what most people don’t know is that you want simple carbs after ur workout with the protein. I make my shakes with juice and whey after I train. Throughout the day you should use casein as the protein bc it breaks down much slower. And you don’t just want to eat a lot, you should also eat very healthy. It’s important to get a lot of nutrients. Also a good idea to mix some bcaa in ur shakes. You need aminoes to build muscle. When you work out ur tearing apart ur muscles (catobolic), but it’s not until u rest that ur muscles start to build. That’s why drinking some simple carbs will help. It makes ur pancreas dump insulin into ur blood stream and that will switch ur muscles from breaking down (catabolic) to rebuilding (anabolic.) That’s why sleep is VERY important! Can’t stress that enough! Eating right and getting good sleep is just as important as having good workouts!
If that doesn’t work, juice ur fn head off!!! LOL

I’ve never been on a blog before really and after dealing with the homoerotica of bloody elbow I figuredthis place was just fucked . These guys let me get away with murder I’ve been warned at least 5 times . I might actually tone it down now . Only blog I have ever been on. I started posting right away, OMG, like 5 years ago! Of course their are some douches, but most are really cool! Seen a lot of regs disappear over the years, but replaced with some cool peps.

That was the point of the Unmask thread. For me anyway. It’s good to think of the community as a group of real people. Not just screen names.
