Despite the fact that Takeya Mizugaki lost a unanimous decision to Chris Cariaso on the FX broadcasted portion of the UFC 144: "Edgar vs. Henderson" preliminary card last night (Sat., Feb. 25, 2012) in Saitama, Japan, he was still paid his win bonus. That's because UFC President Dana White felt Mizugaki was the rightful winner of the bout and compensated him accordingly.
