Frankie Edgar and Ben Henderson square off at the UFC 144 weigh-ins in Japan in advance of their lightweight championship bout at the Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Japan, on Sat., Feb. 25, 2012.

The UFC 144: "Edgar vs. Henderson" weigh-in event took place today (Fri., Feb. 24, 2012) in Japan and that means staredown pics from all the major players.

That includes the two headliners for tomorrow night's event at the Saitama Super Arena, Frankie Edgar vs. Ben Henderson. Both came in one pound under the limit, just to ensure nothing gets in the way of their lightweight championship showdown.

Not so for Quinton Jackson, who badly missed weight for his co-main event bout against Ryan Bader. The fight will go on nonetheless, as "Rampage" has forfeited 20-percent of his purse to his opponent. For more on Jackson missing weight click here.

apparently that's the case was he was injured during camp and couldn't run but is mostly healed up now.

So you’re telling me that a fighter that has NEVER missed weight in his UFC career came in 6 pounds over weight so he could have an excuse if he lost? I genuinely believe he had some injury or another

i've gone hunt and sexy. i think kongo is a nobody with no outstanding skills

hunt will put him on his ass. shields is a total turd flicker. looked impressive in strikeforce but awful outside of it. i totally believe hunt and sexy can walk away with this and i put on that happening
