UFC 144 Yoshihiro Akiyama-inspired contest give-a-way courtesy of MMAmania.com and Hayabusa!

Pick the UFC 144 "Submission of the Night" right and you could win a gi just like Yoshihiro Akiyama courtesy of Hayabusa. Photo of "Sexyama" via UFC.com.

Here we go again!

We're back with another contest. And once again our fast friends at Hayabusa -- a leader in producing the world's finest MMA apparel, gloves and gear -- are giving away another main card fighter's signature apparel.

In fact, this could be our sexiest contest yet.

That's because the winner will get the Yoshihiro Akiyama walkout gi (not the actual one he wears on fight night, but the same kind nonetheless), which will be on display when "Sexyama" walks out for his UFC 144 fight against Jake Shields this weekend (Feb. 25, 2012) at the Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Japan. To check out what you're playing for click here.

MMAmania.com's UFC 144: "Edgar vs. Henderson" contest give-a-way, sponsored by Hayabusa, is currently underway and will remain in effect until Saturday night at 10 p.m. ET.

So, what do you have to do to win?

It's simple ... follow us after the jump for complete details:

Star-divide

The fight between Yoshihiro Akiyama and Jake Shields at UFC 144 is, quite simply, a battle of grappling deities. Two dynamic welterweights with slick submissions and impeccable ground control. However, the dynamic grappling duo are not the only ones more than capable of pulling of the "Submission of the Night" in the "Land of the Rising
Sun."

That's where you come in.

STEP ONE: Become a FAN at the official Hayabusa Facebook fan page by clicking here OR follow it on Twitter (@Hayabusa_MMA) if you don't already.

STEP TWO: Predict the UFC 144 "Submission of the Night," which UFC President Dana White will award at the conclusion of the pay-per-view (PPV) event, in the comments section below.

For example, Akiyama defeats Shields via submission (rear naked choke) in round two at 1:39; or Edgar defeats Henderson via submission (guillotine choke) in round five at 4:59.

There are 12 bouts on the UFC 144 fight card and anyone of them -- or all of them -- can end via tapout. You just need to predict the prettiest, most bonus-worthy one to win a Hayabusa gi. And remember, it's winner, round, submission method and time.

One entry per reader ... so make it count! To enter, leave your picks in the comments section below. Get moving! Contest ends Feb. 25 at 10 p.m. ET sharp!

Good luck!

I’m almost complete with my transformation…once they attach that donkey schlong on me, I will be able to satisfy myself like danago does all day long and change my name to Buck Angel II

I lost to Cruz Jackson. He’s the best. I padded his record and just a can. I talk shit to try and get replies when In reality I still play the original Halo on original XBOX like a religiously. I’m so totally awesome and straight and I act gay on a blog only because I’m the second loneliest mother fucker on Mania. First goes to Stallion. I want Shivan to lose to Cruz and Diaz to show how overrated he is. My favorite fighter is Josh Burkman. Thank You.

"i oilcheck need to take a reality check. What an imbecile i am to even think of going up against Scott1 with his perfect 1 and 0 sig record.I am already known as Manias biggest scumbag now i’ve got the moniker of a loser as well!TUT TUT SMH!!!"

I must say the weight ins changed 3 of my picks... :(

I will say Henderson looked a whole lot smaller than he usually does at weight ins. He looked way 2 skinny to me which worries me i though he was going to come in as he usually does with the towel. I was giving Hendo the win base on his size, but now that he looked much smaller i think Frankie chances of winning went up, and now i think he is going to win. Also i picked shields, but man Sexyama looked great. Looks like he cut that weight very properly. His cardio should be outstanding I’m changing my pick, and i think Sexyama is going to man handle shields with his world class judo. Moreover, i had Rampage winning 2, but he is not the same Rampage that faced Jones. I think Bader is going to destroy Rampage tonight.

What you going to do when you know who? How you going to deal with the man of steel? And how will you react to Sonnen's attack?
