Rampage Jackson vs Ryan Bader UFC 144 fight video simulation in PRIDE mode
Former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Light Heavyweight Champion Quinton Jackson returns to the Saitama Super Arena in Japan this Saturday night (Feb. 25) at UFC 144: "Edgar vs. Henderson" to take on Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 8 Champion Ryan Bader.
While "Rampage" won't be fighting "Darth" inside a ring, that hasn't stopped the gang behind the UFC Undisputed 3 video game from running a "PRIDE mode" simulation. Over the span of 25 fights, Jackson stuffed 80-percent of the takedown attempts, won 14 times (with once soccer kick knockout) and scored 11 first round finishes.
To his credit, Bader recovered from being rocked almost 100 times.
When all was said and done, the video simulation had Jackson's hand raised in victory. But will life imitate art? We're just over 48 hours from finding out. See what the simulator said about the main event match-up of Frankie Edgar vs. Ben Henderson by clicking here.

you are aware of the circumstances right?
Big money fave in Japan (Rampage) facing a semi legit threat (Bader) that won’t cause too many problems in a high profile loser’s match. Rampage is clearly a bigger name in Japan, but both guys still have name value. That help you any?

Did he really have to pose such a question and not expect an easy answer?

UFC does us all a favor..
By giving Rampage a punching bag that shoots from 15ft away & he questions the love. And Dana is ALREADY talking about Page returning to Japan. He’d like to see something else for a new “Ultimate KOs” DVD as well!

As long as Page beats the shit out of Bader and leaves no question i am fine with it. I thought people were crazy when they questioned him after the absolute ass kicking he laid upon Keith Jardine or Matt Hamill, he smashed them-no KO but smashed them.

I love this game, first one i’ve bought and enjoyed in sometime. I just hate how you have downloadable content.

UFC 144 is this country called Japan. At one time a promotion by the name of Pride Fighting Championship was established there. The UFC bought Priide and absorbed most of the assets (i.e. Fighters).
On Feb. 14th, 2012 the UFC along with THQ released ‘UFC: Undisputed 3’. To go with the video game and the event, they decided to use a former Pride star in the ‘new’ mode in the video.
It’s called ’Marketing".

Bader has a lot of potential.
But it seems like he gasses in every fucking fight that hits the halfway marker. Then he just gets sloppy and slows down the tempo a lot from there.
I really question his mentality. It seemed like he was so scared of Jones that whole entire fight. Leading up to it, all he talked about was how he wasn’t scared of Jones. Which to me kind of showed he was scared shitless of Jones. He fought him super timid to. Like lowering his head(looking straight down) and taking half assed shots.
I feel that same Bader shows up here on Saturday.
Don't make me swing on you bro
