LinSanity?
Have you fuckers been watching this guy? I'm from New York, so you know I'm happy. I've been a major all MMA all the time guy over the last year or two. Then, I watched Eli in a game about three months ago, and I was surprised how good he looked. So I started watching again. Before then, I stopped watching after the Giants last Super Bowl. Burress got his situation, Strahan retired, the Giants finally won, I was a happy man. But man, Eli looked so good, I said you know what, let me watch this.
Now, basketball, I've barely watched since Michael Jordan. But the NBA is looking amazing lately. The talent is truly through the roof more so than ever. This Jeremy Lin is doing some amazing things, I never thought I'd get back into the NBA of all things, but I for one am impressed.
So how about maniacs, any love for a little NBA? I've seen some football threads, how about basketball?

I'm down with some Lin. Any guy cut multiple times and then setting records for a starter is doing a lot more then playing in the right system.

all you have to do is watch sportscenter for 30 seconds
and you’ve heard of Jeremy Lin. Thats what I hate about sportscenter.
Lin has been badass though, best, luckiest hot streak I can remember. The kid is legit, hope he can keep it up. It is unlikely though that things will go on like this for too much longer.
i dont give out free signatures
He is legit
Let’s see if Carmelo goes back and hogs the ball

The feast is over for Nick Diaz. No longer will he dine on mediocre fighters from lesser promotions. With a future promising fights against GSP, Condit, Fitch, Kos, MacDonald, Ellenberger, Alves, Hendricks and Sanchez, you probably should retire. Don’t be scared, Homie.
he has over 35 turnovers in 6 starts, just sayin. even the raptors have 8 steals on him and their defense is terrible
RESTORE THE ROAR 2011 DETROIT LIONS <----- best D-line in football
yup.
totally normal, the best players that makes the most plays are bound to have the most turnovers. if any of you watch soccer, you know leo messi, he’s got clearly the most turnovers in the league yet he’s known as the best in the world. what counts is that they’re winning with him on the floor.
If limiting his turnovers is the biggest problem as a rookie that okay. Their season got saved by him, not too shabby.

36 turnovers in 6 games but he makes up for it by averaging double double
Both points and assists. Acceptable.

the level of play this year has been diabolically bad.
it’s the compressed schedule, no training camps, spoil brat players coming back from the lockout way outta shape etc. But, having said that Jeremy Lin is one of the most amazing sporting stories ever. I hate the Knicks so much, but he’s got me checking to see how they’re going everyday.
I mean its been 10 years since the Knicks won 7straight
Jeremy Lin helped them achieved it this year.

I'm a cavs fan from cleveland and that's all this city has got going sports wise
I’m intense with my defense though

Here is a rule of thumb from Chinese martial arts: Hard strikes soft, soft strikes hard. In other words - use hard weapons (fists, albows, knees, fingertips) on soft targets like muscles, torso, eyes etc. Use soft weapons (palm, sole of the foot) to strike hard targets like the head, elbows and knees, and other bony surfaces.
hilarious
But that was a dunk, I’m sure he didn’t miss it!
