not because I’m stoked about Thompson vs Sapp or anything like that. I just want to help a little at the launch a promotion’s first show in a real big potential market. I hope the show does well and we see the Indian sub continent have a monsoon of MMA in the next few years.
Here is a rule of thumb from Chinese martial arts: Hard strikes soft, soft strikes hard. In other words - use hard weapons (fists, albows, knees, fingertips) on soft targets like muscles, torso, eyes etc. Use soft weapons (palm, sole of the foot) to strike hard targets like the head, elbows and knees, and other bony surfaces.
What the hell was that?
That was the worst video I have ever watched. So bad to the point that it looks like a parody about fight promotions. “It doesnt get any more real” – yeah weird guys with PINKY RINGS punching at the camera. And to add to the hilarity we have Sapp and Thompson chest bumping…
This looks like a start of an successful promotion for sure.
