UFC 143 open media workout photos gallery for 'Diaz vs Condit' in Las Vegas

Resident Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) photographer, Josh Hedges, was on the scene at the Mandalay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, today (Feb. 1, 2012) to shoot several of the notable fighters who will compete on the UFC 143: "Diaz vs. Condit" pay-per-view (PPV) main card at the event's open media workouts.
Naturally, the two men who will compete for the interim welterweight title in the main event of the evening, Nick Diaz vs. Carlos Condit, were on the scene to promote their highly-anticipate 170-pound clash, as well as work up one of the last few real sweats prior to fight night (Sat., Feb. 4, 2012) in "Sin City."
So, too, was UFC Welterweight Champion Georges St. Pierre, who is recovering from recent knee surgery and will fight the winner of the Diaz-Condit match later this year.
Co-main event participants, Josh Koscheck vs. Mike Pierce, were also in attendance prior to their 170-pound bout, along with the two men who will compete in the only heavyweight bout on the UFC 143 fight card, Fabricio Werdum vs. Roy Nelson.

This going the distance unless one of them starts to fatigue. Hoping for a KO.
They've both only been finished once
if someone does get KO’d I think it is going to be Werdum. Both are very difficult to finish, but I think Nelson with the way he’s been working has the better gas tank. Nelson was KO’d by Arlovski on 10 days notice and he wasn’t in shape at all for that fight.
That being said, the only person to finish Werdum is JDS… so…
Neither man has ever been submitted. I see it going to decision because of those reasons.

Oh this fight won't be bad
Werdum isn’t going to be scared of Roy on the feet and Roy isn’t gonna be scared to engage on the ground(I.E. Werdum vs. Overeem) . barring illness or some unknown injuries both guys appear in shape.
It should be a good fight.

worth trying just to see if you really want to be against it
Its like saying you’re against sex but have never gotten laid. I know plenty of “cops” that smoke on the DL. There are exceptions but its kinda hard to be against pot after trying it. Youre just going to get happy, cool things will be cooler, you’ll get hungry and then sleepy.

And he was getting interviewed with all the fighters earlier too. Can’t wait to see what Diaz says when Rogan interviews him post fight, if he wins. Cause he knows GSP is going to be in the front row.
He is going to be there for when Diaz wins they can continue with all the hype which is already building up for that fight
