Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) held its weigh-in extravaganza earlier today (Dec. 7, 2012) from the KeyArena in Seattle, Washington, in advance of tomorrow night's UFC on Fox 5: "Henderson vs. Diaz" event live and free on network television.

UFC on Fox 5 will feature Ben Henderson putting his lightweight title on the line against a home grown FOX talent -- he earned his number one contender status on an earlier FOX show -- Nate Diaz.

Other action on the card includes a spirited welterweight showdown pitting a motivated and in-shape B.J. Penn taking on Canadian wunderkind Rory MacDonald, a light heavyweight battle marketed as a number one contender match-up between Mauricio Rua and Alexander Gustafsson, and a fun 170-pound clash that will see Mike Swick try to make "Quick" work of Matt Brown.
