UFC on FOX 5, which features a lightweight championship bout between division kingpin Ben Henderson defending his 155-pound belt against Nate Diaz in the main event, will emanate from the KeyArena in Seattle, Wash., on Dec. 8, 2012. In addition, Alexander Gustafsson collides with Mauricio Rua in 205-pound action, while Rory MacDonald looks to continue his rise to the top of the 170-pound heap at the expense of B.J. Penn.

And every fight needs a prediction.

White gets his picks from former UFC welterweight number one contender Carlos Condit, as well as reigning middleweight Champion Anderson Silva. In addition, former heavyweight boxing champion "Iron" Mike Tyson stops by The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 16 set while Chael Sonnen and Jon Jones argue over phantom taps.

See for yourself.
