That's according to Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) "Ultimate Insider" host Jon Anik, who brings a special behind-the-scenes look at Arianny Celeste's recent photo shoot for her upcoming five-page spread in UFC magazine.

"This issue is actually for people making New Year's resolutions that want to get into better shape. You can actually tie in these diet and workout tips with having Arianny in the magazine by just looking at what she does on a daily basis.
