UFC 155: "Dos Santos vs. Velasquez 2" blew the roof off the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, last night (Sat., Dec. 29, 2012) featuring a main event of Heavyweight Champion Junior dos Santos falling hard in the rematch against Cain Velasquez, who dominated the bout from pillar to post for five full round.
A good old fashioned passionate 25-minute ass whooping.
The co-headlining attraction saw Jim Miller open up on Joe Lauzon, sticking him hard enough to open a deep gash that would eventually require 40 stitches to close. These two also won "Fight of the Night" honors.
The other three main card bouts saw Constantinos Philippou take out Tim Boetsch, Yushin Okami grind Alan Belcher into dust, and Derek Brunson make a successful Octagon debut with a decision victory over Chris Leben.
