UFC on Fox 5: "Henderson vs. Diaz" goes down this Saturday night (Dec. 8, 2012) from the Key Arena in Seattle, Washington on big network Fox.
To help get fans a little extra amped for the event, the promotion has released the "Bring the Pain" introduction video for all eight main card fighters.
Highlights include:
- Mike Swick's TKO of Ben Saunders
- Rory MacDonald's armbar of Mike Guymon
- B.J. Penn's flying knee against Sean Sherk
- Alexander Gustafsson's knockout of Jared Hamman
- Mauricio Rua's knockout of Chuck Liddell
- Nate Diaz's recent guillotine of Jim Miller
- Ben Henderson's upkick against Frankie Edgar
The event features a UFC Lightweight Title Fight between current champion Benson Henderson against The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) season five winner Nate Diaz. This will be the first UFC lightweight title fight that doesn't include former champion Frankie Edgar in over two and a half years.
