I just watched the Aldo/Mendes fight again since it happened and Frankie should be the favorite. Of course, this depends on Aldo not getting hurt before the fight. They should have Koch or KZ on call for the interim belt. You call him Jose, I call him Joesay. I cannot give him an advantage over Edgar besides the threat of a KO at any time.

Mendes would be the champ if Joesay didn't cheat. It wasn't grabbing the cage, it was the way he did it. It was a Fedor/Lindland grab. Not just some gay reaction. Aldo was about to get put on his head but he cheated as his only defense. Why is this celebrated? Because most MMA fans are Re -- lacking in education and natural brain development.

Will anyone agree that Frankie is better than Faber? But some how Faber has enough heart to go 5 rounds with Aldo. Edgar doesn't have that heart? The only excuse I've seen so far is that Edgar loses his quickness by dropping pounds. This is just a myth considering he is only actually going to cut 5 pounds for the fight.

Bottom line - Edgar wins with ease. I can't decide if he gets a dominating UD or stops Aldo due to exhaustion. This is the best fighter Aldo has ever faced and I hope he takes Frankie lightly. Edgar can take down dudes that walk around at 190 with ease. Aldo might slip one shot but not the follow up.
