UFC middleweight Cung Le talks holding it all together as he juggles the responsibilities of headlining a UFC main event, promoting a fight and his movie The Man with the Iron Fists as well as his family obligations
UFC middleweight Cung Le is an extremely busy man.
Promoting an upcoming main event fight against Rich Franklin for UFC on Fuel TV 6 this weekend (Nov. 10, 2012) is usually more than enough work for one fighter to handle, but he's also balancing it with the promotion of his major martial arts film "The Man with the Iron Fists" which was just released nationwide this past weekend.
Le has a key role in both, and to top it all off, he's got family obligations, being the father of three rambunctious children back home.
It's a lot to ask for one man, especially a 40 year old former Strikeforce champion who's likely on the tail end of his career.
According to his above video via "The Shoot!," however, Le is in some of the best shape of his life, beating his personal bests on all sorts of measured statistics as he enters this weekend's fight against a former UFC champion.
Will he be able to defeat Franklin this weekend, or does the former Sanshou standout have too much on his plate?
