Former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez will be looking to expose Junior dos Santos the same way he did to Brock Lesnar back at UFC 121 in Anaheim. With a Velasquez victory on December 29 at UFC 155, the division will indeed get a lot more interesting. Particularly for Fabricio Werdum, who was defeated easily by the current reigning champ -- JDS -- back at UFC 90. The UFC nor the fans have been too keen on the idea of a rematch.
If Cain wins, will it spark an epic trilogy? When Randy Couture faced Chuck Liddell for the first time back at UFC 43, overcoming the odds and ground and pounding his way to being a two-time heavyweight title holder. To the Iceman avenging the loss, knocking Randy out cold -- "Dos Santos vs. Velasquez II" strikes the same resemblance. As a win for the former title holder can setup a third contest between the two -- to find out once and for all who's the best.
Cain on his upcoming match with "Cigano"
"I'm gonna win this fight because, I feel like I'm the better guy. I'm hungry and I want that belt back. There's nobody better than me. Especially Junior Dos Santos!"
