We are only 2 months away from the return of Nick Diaz.. If you're not starting to feel the anticipation you might as well just fuck off now..67 days and counting.. ..

With the confirmation from George St Pierre that he doesn't want anything to do with Anderson, along with certain outcomes from UFC 154, it got me thinking: "Who should Nick Diaz fight upon his return?".. The options are obvious but narrowing it down could be impossible..

Option - Current WW King George St Pierre himself: Now most would agree that Nick doesn't deserve an instant title shot, but we all know Dana and company do not give a rats ass about deserving contenders. Diaz and GSP have unfinished business. Not to mention the fight itself is very appealing.

Option - Carlos Condit rematch: Ok, this fight might be a disaster on account of Rundit, but who knows? it might turn out to be the fight of the century like it was supposed to the first time around.. This could be a perfect co-main to GSP/Hendricks, where winner fights winner.

Option - Johny Hendricks: Would this be fair to Hendricks? Probably not.. But if GSP actually decided to fight Anderson, i see this as a great option.. The Diaz haters would love to see him tested against a great wrestler with heavy hands like Hendricks.

Option - Silva super fight: Since George wont take a fight with Anderson how about Nick steps up? I doubt highly Anderson would be willing.. My guess is Silva would be more into that fight than to step up himself and fight Bones(the real super fight)

Option - Other: Should they match Nick up with ladder climbers such as Maia, Fitch, Kos or Pierce? Or perhaps Diaz and Kampman get booked to fight considering they both are coming off number one contender losses.
