Jeremy Stephens was supposed to fight Yves Edwards at UFC on FX 5 back on Oct. 5, 2012, in Minneapolis. That was before he got arrested at the arena and held long enough to miss the entire event.

He was locked up over assault charges stemming from an incident in Iowa all the way back in 2011. Eventually, he was released and now he's got his next fight booked.

Against Yves Edwards.

The two will attempt to fight again at UFC on Fox 5: "Henderson vs. Diaz" on Dec. 8, 2012, in Seattle, Washington. Stephens says it was simply destined to be:

"It's just destined to be. Me and Yves are going to throw down. I'm in great shape, my weight is still good, I'm really well prepared and I'm going in there to bring it."
