We know he's motivated. After all, he's still holding onto a grudge for the Tri-Star Gym, with Georges St. Pierre being a sworn enemy (even if that's not really the case anymore) and MacDonald having picked a fight.

According to the video, Penn is at 175-pounds right now. He even managed to avoid falling into the Thanksgiving Day trap and eating himself into a coma like so many of you likely did.
