That's right, the Hemminator is joining Grief-of-Staff Tommy Myers for your monthly selections, and what better way to kick things off than with the welterweight division, considering the UFC 154 pay-per-view (PPV) event last weekend in Montreal saw a major shake-up in the 170-pound division.
