Coach: Nate 'The Monster' Diaz will submit Ben Henderson after he batters him standing at UFC on FOX 5 (Video)

Ben Henderson will defend his 155-pound title against Nate Diaz in the main event of UFC on FOX 5 next month in Seattle. According to coach Cesar Gracie, "Smooth" is going to get lit up on the feet before succumbing to a third or fourth round tapout.

"Nate's a monster. He's training ... I'll tell you what, that kid, I think he's most improved fighter of the year. He looks good and he's solid. I think he's gonna win. A fight's a fight, sometimes you win and sometimes you lose. I think he's got all the skills to win this fight. If I was to make a prediction there's so many avenues because he's so good on the ground and he's so good standing. I'm thinking probably submission. I'll give it third or fourth round after he batters him standing."

Cesar Gracie, head coach for Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) lightweight number one contender Nate Diaz, thinks Ben Henderson is in all kinds of trouble when he puts his strap on the line against the Stockton slugger in the main event of UFC on FOX 5, which goes down at the KeyArena in Seattle, Washington on Dec. 8, 2012. Diaz has 11 subs in 16 wins while "Smooth" has only been defeated twice in 19 professional fights. Prediction time, Maniacs, how do you see this one ending?
