UFC 155: "Dos Santos vs. Velasquez 2" is right around the corner on Dec. 29, 2012, in Las Vegas, Nevada, which means it's time to check out some preview videos to get us hyped for it. Here's the official trailer.
This is the rematch!
When Junior dos Santos challenged Cain Velasquez for the heavyweight championship back on Nov. 12, 2011, at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California, at UFC on Fox 1, it was under less than desirable circumstances for both men. They were both injured at the time of the bout, though who was worse off is up for debate.
No matter the answer, "Cigano" knocked out Velasquez in just 64 seconds to capture the gold and continue his unbelievable run of terror through the UFC heavyweight division.
Now, though, Cain has worked his way back to the title and is getting his shot at revenge in the main event of UFC 155 on Sat., Dec. 29, 2012, at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Will the outcome be any different with both guys (hopefully) fully healthy? We'll certainly find out.
The rest of the card is no less intriguing featuring match-ups like Forrest Griffin vs. Phil Davis, Chris Weidman vs. Tim Boetsch, Joe Lauzon vs. Jim Miller, and Alan Belcher vs. Yushin Okami.
