Sure, he's said it before, more than a few times, in fact, but this is different. This prediction comes after he made weight, after he squared off with St. Pierre in front of "Rush's" fellow countrymen behind enemy lines, after he looked the French-Canadian in the eyes and realized once and for all that he's not nervous. Not one bit. He's loose as a goose, actually, and excited that his time has finally come.
