What's Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Heavyweight contender Alistair Overeem doing while waiting for the Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) to grant him a license? Oh you know, the usual, like lifting weights, hitting the heavy bags, punching female reporters in the face.
Wait, what?
Actually, I'm not quite sure when this footage is from (Dutch Maniacs, where you at?) but it's still interesting to see how far some reporters will go to get the big story, like this lil' damsel, who encourages "Demolition Man" to show her some of his moves.
She gets them.
1:32 -- punched in the gut
1:44 -- punched in the face and dropped like a sack of Yukon Golds
2:22 -- mounted from behind and strangled
3:09 -- choked via guillotine
4:02 -- hand clasped over mouth and thrown to the ground
It's a little disconcerting to watch this young lass whimpering and gurgling under Ubereem's offense, but I guess you know what they say about consenting adults (as long as they aren't staggering back). Still, the hand-over-the-mouth thing was kinda creepy.
Let's see if Overeem can put it to better use when he returns to the Octagon in December.
