It didn't take long for Justin Edwards to latch on a guillotine and put Josh Neer to sleep at UFC on FX 5: "Browne vs. Bigfoot" in Minnesota.
The UFC on FX 5: "Browne vs. Bigfoot" main card kicked off tonight (Fri., Oct. 5, 2012) from the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with a welterweight clash pitting vetern Josh Neer against the unheralded Justin Edwards.
It didn't take long.
Straight from the opening second, Edwards charged forward and looked for strikes. Neer clinched but once he engaged, Edwards literally jumped on top of him and snatched an arm-in guillotine.
The pressure was too much to bear and Neer went to sleep.
Literally, he was out cold.
It was a jarring sight watching "The Dentist" sleeping sitting up and then abruptly bring his head up and look around wondering what was happening. The referee calmly informed him he had been unconscious.
Sorry!
