Mean and nasty ... it's the only way to describe Antonio Silva.
"Bigfoot" tipped the scales at today's (Oct. 4, 2012) UFC on FX 5 weigh in event, which took place from the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minn., and then angrily awaited the arrival of the cool, calm and collected Travis Browne.
After hitting his Heavyweight mark, "Hapa" strolled across the dais to Silva, where the two immediately got up close and personal. With neither big man backing down, UFC President Dana White was compelled to step between them before their main event showdown got started early.

In addition to Browne and Silva, Jake Ellenberger and Jay Hieron, who will collide in the UFC on FX 5 co main event, were also on the scene to make their Welterweight bout official. So, two, were 18 other fighters who all hit their respective marks with the exception of one, Bart Palaszewski, who has one hour to lose one pound for his 145-pound bout with Diego Nunes.
Dennis Hallman, however, didn't even attempt to step on the scale and neither did his opponent, Thiago Tavares. That's because "Superman" was still super heavy today and the lightweight bout was scratched.
Nonetheless, this one just got a lot more interesting. Thanks, "Bigfoot."
