If you're in Rio for UFC 153 and think you've got the stuff to be TUF, stop by Hotel Windsor on Sunday morning to show the ZUFFA brass what you can do.
Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is coming back to Brazil for another season of The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) and has recently coordinated an open tryout and casting call for the same weekend as its UFC 153 pay-per-view (PPV) event.
A week from Sunday (Oct. 14, 2012) candidates between the ages of 18 and 35 with a minimum of three professional mixed martial arts (MMA) fights are invited to Hotel Windsor (Av. Lucio Costa, 2630 - Barra da Tijuca) beginning at 7 a.m. BRT to show the UFC what they can do.
Sorry vets, but no former UFC fighters will be allowed to audition.
Candidates will be selected at the end of the day and are expected to bring their own equipment. Medical and drug testing will be conducted the following week, so put down that pipe and start drinking lots of water. Get a jump on the application process by clicking here.
TUF: "Brazil 2" will debut in March 2013 on Globo.
