Hello, fellow Maniacs. I recently got the news that I had a scholarship approved and the Brazilian Ministry of Education is going to pay for me to attend Brown University for 1 year. I'll arrive Jan 20 2012. I was hoping any maniacs from Providence or RI could help me out with a few questions:

1) Does anyone know any good places where I can watch the fights in the Providence area, preferrably next to Brown?

2) What about places to train? There is a 29 people group on facebook "Brown MMA and Grapplin" that appears to train and roll occasionally but I would still like to know where could I get a more regular training for Jiu Jitsu, submission grappling or MMA.

3) Anyone interested in some mania trips for upcoming events? I'm thinking about taking a flight to Chicago for Evans vs. Davis, depending on how the university schedule will be.
