"I actually, I did score that fight, I had Bisping two rounds to one. I was actually saying before the fight, this isn’t a five to one (under)dog. Bisping wrestled with Rashad, the way Bisping wrestled with Hamil. There is debate as to who won the Hamill fight. He was in there with Hamill. Bisping has great wrestling, good stand up and great submissions, too."
-- Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) President Dana White tells Ariel Helwani during a UFC on Fuel TV post-fight interview that he feels "The Count" did enough to earn the victory over Chael Sonnen last night (Jan. 28, 2012) in the UFC on Fox 2 co-main event in Chicago, Illinois. The judges, however, saw it differently, scoring the three round middleweight fight a split decision in favor of the trash talker from West Linn, Oregon. Helwani also revealed to White in the interview that Michael Bisping told him (Helwani) that Sonnen told him (Bisping) after the fight that Bisping won the fight. The plot thickens. Regardless, it will soon be an afterthought as the focus begins to shift on the looming rematch between Sonnen and Anderson Silva, which is penciled in to take place in Brazil later this year. In the meantime, any of you Maniacs agree with the UFC head honcho, or did the judges get it right? And what’s your take on Chael’s comments to Bisping telling him he really won the fight if indeed accurate?
