Dana White video blog for UFC on FOX 2 (Episode one)

Fight week, blog week!

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is gearing up for its second-ever high-profile mixed martial arts (MMA) extravaganza on FOX this weekend (Sat., Jan. 28, 2012) at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois.

That means, among other things, that UFC President Dana White is back with his traditional video blog series to promote the primetime show. However, before we set our sights on UFC on Fox 2: "Evans vs. Davis," the promotion ties a ribbon around its most recent event, UFC on FX 1: "Guillard vs. Miller," which took place on Fri., Jan 20, 2012.

We get a behind-the-scenes look at the fighters as they prepare to enter the Octagon for their respective bouts, as well as when they return to the tunnel afterward to talk to the doctors. Melvin Guillard, Jim Miller, the recently-retired Jorge Rivera, Pat Barry, Christian Morecraft, Mike Easton and more are all featured.

Then, toward the end of the video, UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones makes a cameo to share his prediction of the main event fight between Rashad Evans vs. Phil Davis.

"I can see Phil Davis winning by knockout. I mean, Rashad's chin sucks. I can also see Rashad winning by taking him down and just try to lay on him. It's going to be a great fight. I'm sure Phil Davis has gotten a lot better since his last appearance. Rashad's showing some changes in his game. I don't know -- I'm rooting for Rashad to win the fight. That way I can just fight Rashad and move past it, you know? Get it over with. We'll see what happens."
