UFC on FX 2: Kyle Noke vs Jared Hamman and Cole Miller vs Steven Siler likely for March 3
Looks like Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) may have picked up a handful of Ultimate Fighter (TUF) veterans for its upcoming UFC on FX 2 event on March 3, 2012, scheduled for the AllPhones Arena in Sydney, Australia.
First up, TUF 11 contestant Kyle Noke (19-5-1) says he'll be locking horns with Jared Hamman (13-4) in a middleweight affair. "KO" is coming off a submission loss to Ed Herman back at UFC on Versus 5 while "The Messenger" was pasted by Constantinos Philippou at UFC 140 just last month.
In featherweight action, TUF 5 standout Cole Miller (18-5) will be looking for revenge on Steven Siler (19-9), who bounced his brother Micah out of the TUF house in season 14, according to a report from The MMA Corner.
"Magrinho" drops to 145-pounds after strangling T.J. O'Brien en route to a second round submission win last August while "Super" also brought home the "W" with a unanimous decision nod over Josh Clopton back on Dec. 3.
Here's how the UFC on FX 2 fight card is taking shape:
Main event:
170 lbs.: Thiago Alves vs. Martin Kampmann

125 lbs.: Demetrious Johnson vs. Ian McCall
125 lbs.: Joseph Benavidez vs. Yasuhiro Urushitani

Kyle Noke's still legit, he just lost a new and improved Ed Herman.
Still a tough fight for anyone in that division, he’s gonna tap Hamman out viciously
