The official weigh in event for UFC 142: "Aldo vs. Mendes" went down earlier today (Jan. 13, 2012) LIVE from the HSBC Arena in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
And Friday the 13th proved to be unlucky for middleweight debutante Anthony Johnson.
"Rumble" was a whopping 11-pounds over his contractual limit. He was fined 20-percent of his purse, which now goes to Vitor Belfort, who tipped the scale at 186-pounds for tomorrow night's co-main event.
Johnson is required to weigh less than 205-pounds on fight night, or his bout against "The Phenom" will be canceled.
