Ok so here's the deal. A few of us, in various threads, have been discussing the casual anonymity of the interwebs. It allows us free reign to say whatever we like, with no fear of it coming back to haunt us. Some of us hide our names and identities because we waste our employer's valuable resources, by posting on Mania all day, instead of working. You know who you are. Sinners. Others, I suspect, like the idea of taking on an alter ego of sorts....sometimes to troll or just to break away from our quiet, real world, everyday exterior. We also have more than a few MMA fighters who choose to join the fans and remain anonymous. Perhaps to avoid gym drama? A few of us have chosen to reveal our faces and even names, in some cases. With the notable exception of the lovely Sarah, we risk taking heat due to rampant ugliness, morbid obesity, open sores.....hey, I don't know all of your issues but I assume many of you are equally or more hideous than I. So I, for one, am a little weary of people talking smack about the way others look, while hiding behind the keyboard. I suggest that we seperate the men from the boys, here. I hope we don't need a crowbar to do it. So let your freak flag fly, Maniacs. Man up. Or woman up if that applies to you. This is not a gender specific dare. Put your mug where your mouth is. Post a pic of yourself....old...new.....this is Mania, so don't be afraid, homie. Call us ugly. All day. But let's meet on equal ground. This feels like it could be a contest.
