Matt Wiman vs. Mac Danzig, take two.
The former Ultimate Fighter (TUF) lightweights originally met at UFC 115 back in June 2010; however, the bout was mired in controversy when the referee called a stop to the action thinking Danzig was unconscious after Wiman had applied a choke.
There was just one problem -- Mac daddy was awake and rather pissed that he was declared the loser in a fight he didn't actually lose. The UFC attempted to book an immediate rematch, but injuries continued to get in the way.
Over a full year later, the two will finally boogie at UFC on Versus 6, scheduled for Oct. 1 at the Verizon Center in Washington, D.C., and the bookies believe history will repeat itself, tagging Wiman as a "Handsome" -225 favorite.
That leaves Danzig a +185 underdog.
A chest injured sidelined him briefly earlier this year but he's back and looking to prove he's not going to choke against Wiman, literally.
Any Maniacs plunking down some coin on this 155-pound match-up?
