The conference will begin at 4 p.m. ET live from the West Hollywood Hotel in Hollywood, California, although the fight event will be taking place in Anaheim.
Velasquez is the current UFC heavyweight champion. The American Kickboxing Academy product defeated Brock Lesnar via first round technical knockout to capture the title and has been on the mend rehabbing from shoulder surgery ever since.
His challenger, Junior dos Santos, defeated Roy Nelson at UFC 117 to become number one contender but when Velasquez was sidelined, he instead opted to coach against Brock Lesnar on season 13 of The Ultimate Fighter (TUF). Lesnar was also scratched with an injury and dos Santos dominated Shane Carwin to regain his position.

4:12: Dana White takes the stick to a huge pop and plays to the crowd. Gives the "Yeah, we're on FOX!" rah-rah speech. Plugs Velasquez vs Dos Santos. Name drops Joe Rogan. Two guys in the back scream "Yeahhhhhhh!"
4:15: Junior feels great and loves the energy from the crowd. Thinks the Carwin fight gave him good experience and is in great shape.
4:16: Dana gives a Bill Goldberg "Who's next?!?" to no reaction.
4:17: Cain says recovery is on track and he feels good, repaired shoulder is doing good. Crowd screams for no apparent reason.
4:18: Dana calls the crowd "psychos." Someone in the back giggles like "Sweet Tooth" from Twisted Metal. Oh wait, that was me.
4:19: JDS says something generic.
4:20: Cain and a reporter talk in Spanish. I failed Spanish in high school so we're shit outta luck on this one. Sorry.
4:21: Nostradumbass realizes he can't tell time.
4:19: Cigano says his wrestling has improved and will use his Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ) if Cain takes him down.
4:20: Cain talking in garbled Spanish. I got nothin' ... wait he translates: Says JDS is a formidable foe.
4:22: Dana promises an exciting fight. The panel takes turns hyping up the November 12 special. JDS feels "no pressure."
4:24: Dana says everyone behind the scenes is working hard to make sure they do everything right and says the pressure is on to deliver an event "like you've never seen" in combat sports. Random meathead shout-out. Says the next five years will be "amazing" for everyone involved.
4:26: FOX executive jokingly says they hope to beat "Two and a Half Men" premiere in the ratings. Crowd boos. Says ad space is already sold out. Hapless reporter asks a repeat question and Dana flames him. Says FOX deal gives UFC more mainstream fans and more credibility.

4:34: Dana goes to the crowd and tells them not to ask for tickets.
4:35: Fan asks Cain if JDS will hit harder than Cheick Kongo (who rocked Velasquez multiple times). Crowd gives an instigatory "ooooooh." He says he's training hard to prepare for that power and downplays any talk of fighting Alistair Overeem in the future.

4:37: Crowd gets unruly. Cain says he needs to be well-rounded to beat Dos Santos.
