Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) returned to Spike TV airwaves last Saturday night (Sept. 17, 2011) with UFC Fight Night 25: "Battle on the Bayou," featuring surging welterweight prospect Jake Ellenberger breaking into the upper echelon of the division with a 53 second knockout of Jake Shields.
But that's not all.
Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 11 winner Court McGee returned from a long layoff due to injury and outworked the gritty Dongi Yang in the co-main event of the evening.
And what more is there to say about the triumphant return of the "talented" one, Alan Belcher?
