Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is bringing another round of prelims to its official Facebook page, this time for UFC Fight Night 25: "Shields vs. Ellenberger" on Sept. 17 from the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, Louisiana.
You know the deal by now: "Like" the UFC on Facebook, watch free fights. It really is that simple.
This is the tenth consecutive event UFC has offered each and every fight on the card, starting with the mega-show that was UFC 129: "St. Pierre vs. Shields" back on April 29.
And while no announcement has been made to say this will be the norm from here on out, it certainly appears as though the free Facebook preliminary streams aren't going away anytime soon.
No complaints here, right?
Here's what's in store for Facebook "friends" on Sept. 17:
170 lbs.: Justin Edwards vs. Jorge Lopez
145 lbs.: Mike Lullo vs. Robert Peralta
170 lbs.: T.J. Waldburger vs. Mike Stumpf
170 lbs.: Clay Harvison vs. Seth Baczynski
135 lbs.: Ken Stone vs. Donny Walker
170 lbs.: Matt Riddle vs. Lance Benoist
155 lbs.: Evan Dunham vs. Shamar Bailey
155 lbs.: Cody McKenzie vs. Vagner Rocha
"Shields vs. Ellenberger" will feature former top welterweight title contender Jake Shields making his return to action for the first time since his loss to Georges St. Pierre against a "Juggernaut," Jake Ellenberger.
Also booked for the card is the return of Alan Belcher from a career-threatening eye injury, as he'll take on Jason MacDonald in middleweight action.
