Jake Shields makes his return to the Octagon for the first time since his welterweight championship loss to Georges St. Pierre -- and just weeks removed from the death of his father, Jack -- against tough top contender Jake Ellenberger.
Shields breaks it down:
"I've had a lot of people avoid me in the past so it's kind of nice that someone wants to fight me. But I still feel a little disrespected to, I guess he's calling me out and talking crap. He got what he asked for so I'm ready to give him what he wanted."
Ellenberger does the same:
"This is my world title fight right here. This is how I'm going to prove that I'm one of the best in the world. I'm ready to go. I'm not going to take anything away from what he's done and what he's accomplished, that kind of speaks for itself. He's a guy I've wanted to fight for a while now and I get to do that on Saturday night."
Who ya' got, Maniacs?
