New UFC 135 poster for 'Jones vs Rampage' in Denver on Sept. 24
Diego Sanchez out, Josh Koscheck in against Matt Hughes in the UFC 135: "Jones vs. Rampage" co main event from the Pepsi Center in Denver, Colo., on Sept. 24, 2011. "Dream" was forced out of the 170-pound showdown a few weeks ago with a broken hand, paving the way for "Kos" -- who has not competed since Dec. 2010 -- to take his place on the marquee. that's what dana always says
in interviews he says that perhaps sometimes certain cards are put together with less star power, but in those instances, theirs a conscious effort to make exciting match ups.
how much of that is him trying to sell shitty cards and him actually telling the truth, i don’t know. but, yeah, i agree… the shitty cards often turn out to be great.
letter19 and Boobz

Hope you arent watching then. Because this card is legit and I am hyped up about it more then any of the next few cards…
"......I'm the best ever. I'm the most brutal and vicious, the most ruthless champion there has ever been. No one can stop me. Lennox is a conqueror? No! He's no Alexander! I'm Alexander! I'm the best ever. I'm Sonny Liston. I'm Jack Dempsey....My style is impetuous, my defense is impregnable, and I'm just ferocious......." - Mike Tyson

it's going to be
entertaining watching jones destroy jackson
It really will
All that junkyard dog crap. Rampage is going to shit the bed like few have shit the bed before.
I never understood that.. It may look ‘bad’ on paper, but this card will deliver… C’mon people..
No-one’s happy with anything.. Just sit back and enjoy, fuckin’ a.
the card has no championship caliber fighters on it...it could turn out to be entertaining but not significant in terms of relevance

^besides main event^

Really?
Hughes obviously has fallen from grace a little but he is still entertaining (when he can keep his chin down). And Kos could possibly be champ if GSP’s mom had gotten an abortion.
Sadly Travis Browne is on the Prelims, he’s a good prospect in an weak division. Hope he’s on the Spike fights.
You mind your own damn business.

I have NO problem paying for this card.
If of course that price is $5.99 as opposed to $59.99
"If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State."
I like it when the movies are showing the fights
Then it’s just $12. But usually only do it for GSP fights.
Good call!
I’ve actually never done that, but wouldn’t mind checking it out. What’s the vibe like in the theatre during the fights?

I don't think they sold very well, so a full bar feels more rowdy and exciting
Plus you don’t get to drink beer. But the movies are good because it’s a big screen, nice and loud and if the audience is big it can be pretty fun. I watched GSP-Koscheck in the movies and other than rounds 4 and 5 it was pretty good.
4 cards in 4 weekends, watered down sht!
BTW – McDonald vs Belcher as the co this Saturday………..what a joke.
You've been Dana'd
We own the WW division, EH
Agreed.
These 4 events could have easily been stripped down and combined into 1 good event.
Stream away!

You’re an editor and you can’t even write something that makes sense?? LMAO
I know Satans got a sixpack... We train together!
This poster seems like it would be one for a prison fight
in the voice of that one guy who always talks for the UFC promos

I think I see flies buzzing around Hughes head....
So he must be a starving African.
