Programming reminder: 'Countdown to UFC 134' debuts tonight (Aug. 25) on Spike TV


Countdown to UFC 134: "Silva vs. Okami" will debut TONIGHT (Thursday, Aug. 25, 2011) at 11 p.m. ET on Spike TV to promote the upcoming pay-per-view (PPV) event scheduled for the HSBC Arena in Rio de Janiero, Brazil, on Saturday, Aug. 27, 2011.

The network special will provide a glimpse into the preparation and training camps of the fighters set to headline the show, featuring current UFC Middleweight Champion Anderson Silva and division number one contender Yushin Okami. currently lists replays of "Countdown to UFC 134" at the following times:

Friday, Aug. 26 at 9 a.m. ET on Spike TV
Saturday, Aug. 27 at 7 p.m. ET on Spike TV

Also booked for Brazil is a long-awaited light heavyweight rematch between former champions Mauricio Rua and Forrest Griffin, while Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira will return to action in a heavyweight tilt against rising contender Brendan Schaub.
