I hope Andy has worked
diligently on his TDD, or it’s gonna be a long night for him. And I hope Okami has worked on his EVERYTHING, or it’s gonna be a short night for him.
Nick Diaz has as much of a chance at beating GSP as George W. Bush becoming re-elected for a third term...
I hate Bloodyelbow!!
Okamis a step down from Chael but,
I still think he’s good enough to wrestle f—k Silva for 5 rounds and get a UD. I don’t think Silva will submit Okami. He might knock him out or TKO him but he won’t submit him. Here’s hoping Okami can pull off the upset. Haven’t been able to root for silva since the Leites fight and the Maia fight solidified my contempt for him.
Didnt the Sonnen-Silva mock-fighting make up for the lack of action in the Letes and Maia fights?
Sonnen set a striking record. White said it was the greatest fight of all time. Silva put on an exciting fight by pretending to be slow, sloppy and injured – all until the end, But he didnt even have to worry about missing the submission, because Sonnen made sure he would get caught for taking a record amount of steroids. Wasnt that exciting enough for you to like watching Silva again?
Silva is going to manhandle Okami
I will be surprised if it gets out of the 1st round.
I will blind you with my Albino Mormon Rainbow Powers of Sunshiny Joy™. - Dak
Silva: “Here, take my belt.”
Okami: “I don’t wanna.”
Silva KO r1. Okami has nothing for him.

Okami is in over his head in this fight
But if he wants to win he has to try to get the fight to the mat quick as possible in the early rounds and go for a sub using his strength , because let’s be honest that’s actually his greatest chance at getting a W . Not that silva has bad bjj , it’s quite the contrary , it’s just that okami is slow and has bad cardio which means if he thinks winning a decision is the game plan , he won’t have enough in the tank regardless of the first two rounds to beat silva in the 3rd 4th and 5th . So if it goes to a decision I actually give the edge to silva . If okami doesn’t come put aggressive it’s going to be a long bloody death for him or a quick nap.
Silva needs to kill his confidence early and violently even if he doesn’t finish , he needs to maybe get a surprise take down after rocking him in the stand up or at the very least stuff the first 3-4 take downs and then pick him apart as the rounds go by because of okami lack of speed and good cardio . If silva can make him chase it was be a sniper shooting at Jenny Craig by the 3rd round .
And after okami is low on self esteem and energy the finish silva is looking for will be fairly easy with low risk.
Silva by doctors stoppage before the 4th round

Unfortunately I see a really short night for Okami
About 2 minutes worth at best. I hope I’m wrong but…
