Due to popular demand, not only is the MMA Mania Fantasy Football League back for a season 2, but this year, we are having TWO leagues.  Many people regretted not signing up last year, so act quick if you want to play this year.  And if you don't remember, the trashtalk in the weekly threads were epic!

We play in a 12 team head to head league on Yahoo.  The entry fee is $25 and must be paid thru PayPal.  If PayPal is truly impossible to do, you can try and work something out with your commissioner but this is only for extreme circumstances.  I will remain commish for the original league.  OJR will be the commish for the 2nd league.  Both leagues will have the same exact rules. 

The Original League for the time being is considered to be full.  The members of this league I'm expecting to pretty much stay the same.  Jesse is not playing this season, and Geno is taking his spot.  bigGcastle, sorry buddy, but I made an executive decision that Deuce is taking your place this season because I hate him and I am going to whoop his ass this season while screaming shit at him about it.  Also because you rarely appeared in the weekly threads.  This league is more than 50% trash talk.  But don't worry bigG, if you still wish to play this season, I am reserving a highly coveted spot for you in the 2nd league.  Please make an appearance in the comments below to claim it.  Also, I am waiting to hear back from Kevin to see if he is playing this season.  There just might be another spot in the original league... As for the other 5 that haven't registered, I'm assuming that they will be playing.  If this assumption is wrong, please let me know.

Since everyone in this league has already established their trustworthiness, you can join via yahoo before paying - I trust you guys.  BUT PLEASE do make the $25 payment via PayPal to me as soon as you can.  You should all have my email address.   I am setting a due date of August 25th to receive payment.  I think this is more than reasonable. 

For the 2nd league, OJR will be in charge of collecting payments.  I would assume that he would use the same due date as me, August 25th.  You will have to send the $25 payment to OJR before you receive the league invite from him.  For this league, we are primarily looking for regulars that will participate in the weekly threads. 

Please have your team name be the same as your mania screen name.

The league drafts will be held live on yahoo simultaneously at 10 pm ET on Thursday September 1st.

As for payouts, there will be $300 in each league's pool.  I was thinking the following:

Super Bowl winner = $175

Super Bowl loser = $75

Team that scores the most points in the regular season = $50

These payouts are up for discussion, but I think these are pretty good.  The other option would be to have first be $150 and the winner of the third place consolation game gets $25.  Butt fuck 3rd place.
