Check out the reaction time on this one. For a guy considered "one of the best boxers in MMA", I would expect better reflexes. I like how he drops his hands right when they are about to engage. I think that's the exact technique Freddy Roach teaches.

If you rank the guy at the top of the grappling ranks in MMA, he should be effective from his back and not only when he's on yours. Sooner or later you're going to be the nail. If you want a lesson on what to do when you find yourself on your back, don't ever watch BJ.
