UFC Fighter Joe Lauzon has created an iPhone app to teach fans about specific Mixed Martial Arts techniques and about the life and training of a top contender in the UFC.
App subscribers are introduced to the strategies of striking, principles in brazilian jiu jitsu, and muay thai kickboxing.
You'll find video training modules (with many more always in the works) to help viewers learn sport specific instructions.
